There are two new BA lounges at YVR (not sure if previous poster was referring to them or the old one) one F and one Club. We used them for the first time last month (they were not not open when we were there in February).

Still quite small lounges (the F lounge in particular) but redeemed IMO by large picture windows that overlook the gate and runway with mountains behind. We watched our plane land in the late evening sunset and then saw it taxi in, and watched all the comings and goings of disembarking and preparing the plane which was actually rather interesting. Both new lounges are beautiful and light and a distinct improvement on the old windowless and always overcrowded space... that was also miles from the gate. Nowhere to lie down in the new lounges, although the sofas and chairs are comfy enough, but a definite improvement on the old set up.
