Newbie to int'l travel needs advice please This month I'll be on BA84 (weekday) YVR-LHR in F (award). I'm traveling with my elderly mother who would benefit by an opportunity to stretch out for 20 minutes each afternoon.

YVR - Do any of the OW lounges have such a space? or should I pay $30 ea for use of the Plaza Premium Lounge? other suggestions?

LHR - If I understand correctly, we are arriving and departing T4? If flights are on time, we'll have 3hrs total. Lounge near Gate 1 or 10? or?
