True, but I have had some very good meals on a plane. Rarely on BA it has to be said, but it is possible to have a memorable meal on NH, SQ and - albeit increasingly rarely - CX. 8 course Kaiseki meals, caviar, the aforementioned lobster.
I don't like the idea of once in a lifetime. If I enjoyed it, I want to do it again!
