I'm going to anonymise this booking to protect the innocent... but on a very recent flight, the captain said something like "for those passengers on the left hand side of the plane, you might be interested to see the new Airbus A380", followed by a massive audible sigh and a mutter to the (assumed) co-pilot which I couldn't really hear very well, followed by a loud "oops" before the microphone cut out.

I guess some BA pilots really can't wait for these new birds to be flying the flag!!
