I wonder if this coincides with a whole slew of folks that were crowding the old 1K Room, with each of them having United Concierges in nice biz suites. The folks were all dressed nicely and speaking Japanese, but I couldn't decipher what was going it (I speak limited Japanese). The mood was serious, but not crying or anything.
