fwiw, I just checked "XP to the north" and on the sample booking I picked at random, the routing rules (albeit w/o the complete city to city routing examples) were still there

                  WAS ISSUED.
                - ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE ORIGINAL FARE
                  EXCEPT ADVANCE PURCHASE REQUIREMENT MUST
                  BE MET.
                - ANY DIFFERENCE IN FARES PLUS THE SERVICE
                  CHARGE MUST BE COLLECTED.
                - IF THE REPRICE RESULTS IN A LOWER FARE NO

                - IF THE NEW FARE IS LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL
