Here are the terms and conditions of the website. They're about as customer-unfriendly as you can get, but they mention nothing about cancelling reservations, and the confirmation e-mail they sent me says "RESERVATION CONFIRMED" together with all the rate details and how I will be charged if I don't turn up....so I don't suppose they can cancel it at will....we'll see
