This is exactly how I felt when I flew MaxJet. Rapidly passed through Stansted, decent service, no trolleys, etc - but it didn't make money.
Wait until one of the aircraft has a maintenance issue and watch them fall over themselves to fix things up. With MaxJet, I was offered an economy seat on VS as an alternative (no thanks) or JetBlue to NYC (from IAD) then MaxJet across. JetBlue lost my luggage, I made it to London for a connection to Europe and I was on the phone constantly trying to get my bags to me! They arrived 4/5 days later. Sure, this happens all the time on BA but my point is that one great experience doesn't make an airline great, and happy customers certainly doesn't guarantee staying power (unfortunately) in this industry...
