as long as my guests (adults and/or children) bear the same family name and are on the same flight, I never had a problem to get them into the same lounge (be it a LH/LX/OS- or international Red Carpet- or TG- or SQ- or NZ-lounge, but not so when these lounges were only contracted ones).
