I wasn't aware that PC members get elite access, and I can't imagine there are all that many PWMC holders. My guess, besides DL elites (which seemed odd as DL has several flights to SLC, why would a DL elite fly CO on this route with no chance of upgrade?), there were probably a lot of families booked together who didn't want to split up and try for the upgrade.
