You guys can take out a pool if you like. TIme frame is going to be early May. I have corporate backing... so money isn't much of an issue.
I'll be very surprised if you are able to pull that one off. One of our clients have major investments in Sichuan and Henan and are having issues themselves, even with backing from the local and regional CP bigwigs.
What we've heard from the Foreign Ministry here is that on the computer system that issues the visas the actual option to check the options to issue the multi-entry visas for 3 years have been removed.
