more importantly, why in the world should you be entitled to it? continental needs to provide safe and reliable transportation. you aren't entitled to this level of granularity into CO's business just because you buy a ticket. i wouldn't even consider asking and i would expect CO representatives to say "mind your own bees' wax" if i asked.
