Here is a tip from a local. December is getting into high season here. Do you know at that time you can fly MEL-EZE/SCL/MVD for less than the UAL.com figure? AND in 'H' class that allows points upgrades if you have no SWU? Another 15,000 status miles of course if you do as well, for often LESS dollars than a USA destination.
