Stayed there several weeks ago (on an award). Yes, rather old school, definitely in need of new paint, putty, etc., etc. Not up to the standards of Marriotts in other locales, not impressed. Told us we did NOT get breakfast when using an award while those paying did. Room elevator is actually up a flight of stairs because of the small lobby. Our (free) room was decent sized and quiet.

All that said given your price for the week, i.e. $0, I'd stay there. On the other hand 115,000 points could better spent and there are some bargains still to be found in BsAs.
