The Plantronics Voyager 855 I mentioned do this, in a very slick package.

I reviewed them back in December here

The 2 best parts (imho) is the ability to switch them to a mono headset, and the sliding boom mic, which makes call quality much better. Oh, and the earbuds themselves are noise isolating.
