Well, since you mentioned "stereo" I'm assuming you mean headset; I have two- the Jabra BT620s (which I usewhen at home) and the Kyocera GSH-300, which are pretty rugged and what I use when away (and ironically enough, usually paired with my Jabra A125 iPod BT audio adaptor that came with my Jabra 620s).

Both of those support A2DP (Stereo BT Audio) with AVCRP(?) that lets you change tracks, and will also make and receive phone calls (in "stereo", even).
