As I currently sit in ORD waiting to board a united flight (travel restriction imposed by customer) I can only echo your sentiments... I was QUITE surprised at just how much better deltas staff's service really is. Sure we may complain about certain aspects of Delta's programs but I must admit I really do miss the general level of competence and courtesy that deltas staff has shown me in the past.
