I passed by the nose of the A380 while it was parked on stand during my bus-ride from T4 to T5 on Wednesday morning. Its big, but i just dont find it as striking to look at as the 747. Dont get me wrong - i cant wait to get the opportunity to ride on one in the future (hopefully near the front ), but theres something about the shape of the 747 thats just so different from anything else out there.

The A380 just looks like a scaled-up "normal" aircraft.
