Well I actually have one slightly bigger than a 22 incher.

It's a fantastic roller/backpack Primicia one I got a few years ago when they made them in Brasil. It's soft sided so you can manipulate it a touch to fit in the gauge even when it is fully packed.

I have never IIRC been asked to prove it's qualification.
