there was a well written piece in FAZ / travel part by mr. spaeth (aviation journo in germany) on thu on all c class services. (he told the story of privatair, muc / dus, KL, LX, STN-NYC, new services to saudi arabia etc. (but did not mention the SQ services to LAX and NYC in A340-500)).

he mentioned a LH all c-class service MUC-DXB as well.
