It's not in the menu?

If you go to the 2nd Setup Menu, do you not see:

- Language
- Video system
- Communication
- Custom Functions(C.Fn)
- Clear settings
- Sensor cleaning
- Firmware Ver. 1.x.x

?

But anyways, I definitely won't trust anybody at Ritz/Wolf. Find a local independent dealer or professional shop instead.

I also worry about the streaks. The spots, they may just come off with a good blast of air. But you may want a professional cleaning if you get streaks.
