Hehe, yeah this is ridiculous. Totally ridiculous!
I have been collecting miles on various programmes such as M&M, Eurobonus, Executive Club, Finnair Plus, etc...but I have never experienced problems such as I do with FB.
It's incredible that I have to send them the same thing a third time, and without received my miles. Last time I claimed miles via FB, they abeted that they hadn't received my claim, and I had to send a new claim (this was four KLM flights, booked directly at KLM, providing my FB number when making the reservation, at check-in, and the boarding passes stated my FB number). Luckily I know how inefficient FB are, so I take a copy of every boarding pass and letter I send them, and keep the copy until I see the miles posted on my account. To write or call them feels worthless, cause they are never able to answer my request or question directly, usually they provide a totally unrelevant answer. I have no idea on how much time I have spend on claiming and discussing with FB, but it's unacceptable. I wish there were better options around, but I guess I am stuck with FB since I am European travelling on Skyteam.
