Husband is trying to book LAX-SFO-FRA-GVA/TXL-FRA-LAX for late May, and I really wanted to purchase on .bomb to get the EQMs from the platinum Visa. If I set up the itin as a multi-city itin SWU Region 2 eligible:

segment #1 LAX-SFO
segment #2 SFO-GVA
segment #3 TXL-LAX

I get exactly the itin that I want, priced at $1472 and everything in W bucket or higher.

If I do
segment #1 LAX-GVA
segment #2 TXL-LAX

and request SWU region 2 eligible, .bomb will only give me S bucket for the outbound on my most desired itin.

Question: if I go ahead and book itin #1, can I get the SWU to apply to both LAX-SFO and SFO-FRA, or will he be stuck with just SFO-FRA? Also, is there anything I'm missing to force .bomb to give me an actual upgrade-eligible fare for itin #2?
