I would guess no way though since they stopped issuing them in 2006 I think. The F/A would probably look at you like "Where the heck did you dig these up?" or even "What the heck are these?" Maybe Kaukau could help you more since he probably has a few dozen of these still lying around from all the HA Visa cards he's gotten...

I was bummed when they quit giving them along with the headset coupons. The $5 charge per drink/headset isn't that big of a deal (especially since I get adapters that connect from airline outputs to my far superior earbud headsets for .99 each) but it was just a nice touch. What really sucked was their cutting the annual anniversary bonus for cardholders from 5k to 2k miles.
