IC Grand Stanford HK is one of the worst IC in the whole wide world. I am surprised that you actually stay there. There are many negative reviews of this IC on this forum, too bad you didnt read it.

I think it would do everybody good if you sent your concerns to IHG's management.

I have stopped staying at that IC for a very long time.
