Buyer beware folks. As always.
No offence, but that is bullsh*t.
The traveling public are victimized when they are stranded overseas, they are victimized when they have to spend hours of their time trying to recoup large sums of money or, if they have not taken the O/B flight, they are victimized when they have to spend a lot more money buying a replacement ticket on another airline because the travel they had booked was actually important. They are victimized multiple times when this happens.
Consumers (aka, people) should not have to be experts in the industry of the companies they patronize. What reasonable and ordinary person would have expected any of these airlines over the years to go t/u when they did?
