Complaints about the Intercontinental Grand Stanford

Where to start?

1) Poor reception and service
2) No recognition for RA's
3) No real upgrade given -- went from a Club Double bed City View to Club Double Bed Harbour View -- woooo !!!
4) Extremely poor selection of liqour in minbar

and for the doozy --

1) No points given nor qualifying nights given even though the rate was booked ONLINE at PC.COM I am not concerned about the points given but I am concerned about the qualifying nights since that would have given me the 1st qtr promo bonus which netted 14k points...so all in all I should have earned 17k pts with the saty.

But nope...none of that was given until I called and then they reluctantly gave me 1 EXTRA NIGHT to make the bonus even though I stayed 4 nights....

Will I stay at this hotel again?

NOPE -- NEVER AGAIN ...Are you listening IHG ????
