Well I set two of them to my 'special combination' and then finished the setting process. Guess what? I could not open them again .. my number had not taken properly and I had no idea what number it thought it took (gee did i set them from the wrong side?).
Two out of three are now locked forever and I cannot use them.
My story exactly. I thought TSA had opened and scrambled it, but maybe it was just a crappy lock. I tried all 1000 combinations and nothing worked, so it's still sitting locked onto a bag I no longer use.
