If you transit in Dubai airport (DXB) with Emirates or transit in Bahrain with Gulf Air, does security stamp your passport if you are just connecting with another flight and not leaving the airport?

In Singapore and many others, for example, they stamp your passport even if you are in transit. For Tokyo, they do not stamp your passport as long as you stay in the transit area.
