What is BMI's policy on assigning Exit rows?
Just tried to get an agent to assign me an exit seat on an upcoming flight to TLV in J, but they refused insisting this can only be done at the airport.
I don’t recall ever having a problem with this before, can someone confirm this is correct, or is this a case of calling again?
Does status make any difference in this case? because when I asked him to request it as a Gold member he told me there is nothing he can do and it is the airport authorities that can assign it on day of departure...
