What I dont understand is, why doesnt WN get a charter scheduled between OAK/HNL. IMHO, this would be much less expensive then having to book last min tickets on UA/AA/DL. For example, I was checking HNL/SFO/OAK and there was only 1 seat open for economy and 1 seat open for First Class.
The charter idea incorrectly assumes all customers are traveling to/from OAK and HNL on the same day. Folks were flying to/from all over the place from the day the shutdown occurred to months from now.
