Smoking Policy at Resorts?
I'm at my 2nd Florida resort in recent weeks and I thought I was fortunate to have water view balcony's at both (with a little upgrade nudging).
Well, the stink of smoke from surrounding rooms have killed any joy of enjoying the balcony and the smoke even enters the room. 2 stories down on the ground level, an elderly couple have a setup including tables and an over flowing ashtray.
I thought smoking was restricted only to designated areas on the property. Am I within my rights to complain?
Can the Marriott Concierge Team comment on what is the policy on this?
Thanks
