Domestically, US, and Europe: no.

For travel to Asia: yes.

Some airlines like MU/CA/JL/NH/UA/NW still have pretty good consolidator fares. Tour East doesn't list everything. It still pays to call one/two big agents to compare.

Two weeks ago, I booked a YVR-PVG ow on MU with a agent. Great price!
