Yes but the point is that you can be moved. From my experience, they are VERY accomodating when it comes to Diamond elites and pretty good with Gold also. Silver has some perk though the gap from gold "feels" pretty wide.
Any of these elite level members can bump you off your "Elite seat" though you're all in economy class and the staff may just randomly put you on some not-so desirable seat. However, if the flight has lots of empty seats, you will probably be ok.
