Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked a 2 double bed room for 25,000/night and received it. There was no upgrade but there was nice little welcome package for us when we arrived.

How are the rooms?
The rooms are basic but very well-kept and about what you'd expect for size in central London.

What was good and what was bad?
Good
- Staff were terrific to deal with, helping us with everything from finding potential scalped tickets for Arsenal-Liverpool, to finding a new adapter for my North American laptop, and immediate, friendly help with any other requests.

-Location of the hotel makes walking to all major attractions very easy, with the bonus of being mere steps from Green Park station and the Big Bus Tour (hey, we're first-timers!).

Bad
- Slow, wired-only Internet access for sixteen pounds a day.
