I just booked for EVA 867 on a 77W in coach U class. When I go to online to select seats, the usual rows 45 through 71 are avaliable, but so are the Elite Class rows 20-27. I didn't pay for elite class, but they are avaliable. Would I get charged for selecting in rows 20-27, or am I safe going for those seats? I want to be sure, since changes can't be made online.
