I think we have 6-8 bottles open at a time in our fridge... the most popular being Louisiana's "One Drop Does It"... (Which is a bit of a myth... takes a bit more then one drop )

Same with soy sauce which is high in salt. People tend to refrigerate it but it actually lasts longer if you just keep it in the cupboard and don't subject it to temperature changes.
I didn't realize people actually refrig soyu... if its sealed up... its fine. Usually takes us a couple of years to go through a Costco container of Kikkoman.
