In case this helps, I flew TAM business GIG-EZE this year. Although it's not domestic, it's also not a longhaul international. The TAM lounge was closed. I figured they only open it for the later overseas flights. The Varig lounge was open but is not shared. The on-board food was excellent and the seat is like domestic F in the US, maybe wider. They played cartoons for entertainment which was a little odd since it was just me, my companion, and 1 woman in the cabin.
Upon arriving in EZE, I received a free car service to the city by showing my boarding pass at the Manuel Tienda Leon counter. You can also get a free car to the airport, but I didn't take advantage of that. I believe some kind of free transfer bus is available for certain domestic flights, but you'd have to double-check
