Doesn't this have to be done with paper certs if it's in someone else's name? This is what I was told once when trying to change the name from my hubby's to mine. So they wanted to charge me an "expedite" fee for overnighting the paper cert. (I declined that kind offer, kept the reservation and e-cert in hubby's name, and checked in without a problem).
