Thanks, John, for your revenue contributions towards keeping my fave airline afloat. I honestly don't envy the amount of time you spend in the air, and can only hardly begin to feel your pains, but hope that the accomodations that UA made for you in the past don't diminish.
It is disappointing that you can't wheedle your way into VIP-land??? Have you tried knocking on some of those doors? Someone in the UA premium-product organization has to recognize your buying behaviors and that you are on track for a 2.66K year... Maybe a letter from Larry to Glenn would help???
