I think beating a strung up animal for an hour and then skinning it alive would sicken most people not just dog owners. Personally I would have a problem with any animal being treated that way.

I can't help you there, although we were told that the dog we were eating was NK dog I have a feeling it was probably imported from China, only reason being the scarceness of food in NK.
