When in the States (which seems to be most of the year!) I don't mind drinking McD coffee, it's better than most of the wishy washy watery stuff available.

But I still can't fathom why you guys put cream in it? What's wrong with milk?! Because of that, I usually hunt down Starbucks etc. for an Americano with milk!
