I like to try local delicacies everywhere I travel. I have tired deer, bear, squirrel, musk ox, alligator, crocodile, kangaroo, shark, moose, cariboo, seal, emu, ostrich, goat, beaver, zebra, just to name a few.

I would LOVE to try whale.
