Not necessary, I already have a second one for exactly this purpose. Well not just for this one... also not to point US immigration to the fact how long and often I'm in the country. I swap passports every 2 months I enter the US
Tunisian stamps in the passport are not really a problem when entering the US though. I even have a work visa from 3 years ago in mine and applied for my US visa (which is expired now) a year after. The US consul only asked what I did there and that was it.
I'm aware of the high prices for TUN, checked ltur as well

I might wait until the next ready to fly or just swallow the bitter pill. Not sure if you can book oneway awards to TUN !?
