Baccarat, i have no idea what business you are in, but when it comes to customer service business like an airline that provides a service the customer is usually not "inflexible", it's the company that is not willing to be flexible.
In this particular case it's the airline that is inflexible! How about their unwillingness to help an customer getting to his wedding on the specific dates
he has to fly? I would call
