Yes I have been UG to a 1br quite a number of times. Remember I'm PP. With regard to rooms with a "view," only those facing Thomas Circle - basically "01" and "16" on each floor look that way. The ones on the top to floors (11th and 12th "01" or "13") do not have that view. Otherwise every other room looks across 14th St. or Vermont St. at other buidlings. Neither "view" much of interest to me. ermont get more afternoon sun this time of year.
