What about this part of the T&Cs:

A room one category higher than purchased will be assigned to InterContinental Ambassadors.
Doesn't that mean that RAs (since they are also Amb members) will automatically get at least a one category upgrade from the Suite-type that they book? Again sorry, for the lateness, I wasn't around when all of this seems to have been discussed a few weeks ago.
