Transfer of miles between FF programs is really a myth. Some people go FF to HH for consolidation. Others earn SPG on credit card, transferable to many FF programs.

It is a question that gets asked frequently, especially by newcomers, often with the seeming assumption that it is simple if you are "in the know".

So I'm curious, where did you get the idea that it was possible? Just doing some Urban Legend research...
