I want to stress, I'm not trying to knock IC, I'm simply voicing my experience and asking for advice. It may be that IC isn't for me, but maybe I just had a bad experience and I need to give it a chance.
The best advice has to be to take up the issues as they occur - on the spot. eg - if you expect an upgrade - but don't get it - ask for it.
