Bah humbug. Just dealt with this, this a.m. and confirm it's a royal PIA. As someone who is 6'3" and who doesn't conveniently fit in 31" pitch, this will be a deal breaker for me on flights over 2 hours.

I'm sorry, my sanity and comfort is worth more than OP miles.

Here's to hoping the co.com team gets this fixed ASAP.
